How to add Q&A App to Microsoft Teams meeting

In this step-by-step tutorial, learn how to host a Q&A or Question and Answer session in a Microsoft Teams meeting. When added to a Teams meeting or webinar, the Q&A app enables organizers to hold a moderated or unmoderated question and answer session. Q&A is now available in Public Preview.
