About Me
I’m an ex-Microsoft Program Manager and now a full time YouTube Creator. I have a business degree from the University of Michigan and worked at Microsoft for 14 years.
At Microsoft, I had the opportunity to work in many different roles and departments- product management, account management, operations and most recently I was a Senior Program Manager leading the Office.com and the Office app experiences. I transitioned to work on YouTube full time in July of 2020 so I could dedicate all my time to bring you the best How-To content to get you going in your productivity software.
I am honored to be a Microsoft MVP for Windows. The Microsoft MVP award is granted for exceptional community leadership to technology experts that have an unstoppable urge to get their hands on new, exciting technologies and love to share their knowledge.
