Learn how to set up automatic replies in Outlook Desktop and Outlook on the web for when you go on vacation or when you’re out sick.

To set an out of office reply, click on File and select Automatic replies.

  1. Hi Kevin, 1. how can I sort the mail addresses in a mail ? For eg if there are 100+ people and i want to find out if one of the associate is marked in the mail then i have to search if the associate is marked in the mail . Instead if there is a sort option of the addresses , then it is easy to find out . Pls help .
    2. How to retain the last session of Outlook Mail ? i want to retain the open mails the next time when i open Outlook . Is there a way out ? Pls help .
