  1. Kevin – great work! Question for you. I’m using Outlook 365 (desktop and mobile on iPhone) and like you, I have several email accounts (google, outlook, business) and I’m looking for a program that I can create ONE task list from multiple email accounts. I love MS ToDo but Outlook will only let me create a ToDo task from an Outlook email account.. ToDoist and Google Tasks are both linked to the email account and create separate lists. Any suggestions from the task guru?? 😉
