By installing or using Mail Merge (the “App”), published by Stratvert Media, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.
1. What the App Does
Mail Merge is a Google Workspace add-on that lets you send personalized bulk emails from a Google Sheet through your own Gmail account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Mail Merge only for legitimate communication. You will not use the App to:
- Send unsolicited commercial email (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable laws.
- Send fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful messages.
- Send malware, phishing content, or anything that violates Google’s Terms of Service.
- Bypass or attempt to circumvent Gmail’s sending limits.
You are solely responsible for the content of every email you send through the App and for compliance with all applicable laws.
3. Google Account Limits
Mail Merge sends emails through your own Gmail account and is subject to Google’s daily sending quotas (typically 500/day for personal accounts and 2,000/day for Workspace accounts). The App cannot exceed those limits.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free delivery, or suitability for any particular purpose. Email delivery depends on Google’s infrastructure and the recipient’s mail server.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratvert Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or failed deliveries.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it or revoking its permissions at myaccount.google.com/connections. We may discontinue the App at any time without notice.
