Terms

• Licensee and licensor: This agreement is made between you, the licensor, and Kevin Stratvert, the licensee, for the use of the video content created by the licensor.
• Term length and renewal date: This agreement is effective from when you complete the purchase and does not expire.
• Payment details: The licensee agrees to pay the licensor a one-time fee of $100 for the license to use the video content. The licensee also agrees to pay the licensor a fee of $25 for each 1,000 views of the video content on the licensee’s internal content management system. The licensee will track views and pay an additional license fee if needed.
• Distribution details: The licensor grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to use the video content solely on the licensee’s internal content management system for the licensee’s internal business purposes. The licensee may not use the video content for any other purpose, or distribute, display, or publish the video content on any external platform, channel, or outlet, without the prior written consent of the licensor.
• Approved websites: The licensee may only use the video content on the licensee’s internal content management system, which is accessible only to the licensee’s authorized employees, contractors, and agents. The licensee may not use the video content on any other website, social media, or other outlet, without the prior written consent of the licensor.
• Ownership of content: The licensor retains the ownership and all intellectual property rights to the video content, and the licensee acknowledges that no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to the licensee by this agreement. The licensee agrees to respect the licensor’s rights and not to infringe, misappropriate, or violate them in any way.
