I like Onenote best. There are fewer steps and it’s a lot easier to do and saves time as well.

Hey Kevin..Need your help. I am hoping you can advise me of an online free app that allows me to simply blur just the background of my videos. I know other apps do this, but they usually do a terrible job. Is there anything you can advise that is a simple upload a video, click to blur background, and then just save the video?
