I’m new to Audacity 3.3.3. In trying to drag my vocal track down, the ‘hand’ icon appears but does not move the track. Additionally, when trying an alternative option, right clicking to the left of the track, the ‘move track’ up, down, to Top or to Bottom are grayed out & not available
